Condition Calculator
The Conditions form has four fields:
Drop down: This field allows the user to select from a list of options. The available options are “Option 1”, “Option 2”, and “Option 3”.
Toggle: This field allows the user to turn a setting on or off. The setting is labeled “Toggle Setting”.
Time Picker: This field allows the user to select a time.
Radio buttons: This field allows the user to select one option from a group of options. The available options are “Radio Option 1” and “Radio Option 2”.
The behavior of the form changes based on the selected options. For example, if the user selects “Option 1” from the drop-down, the toggle setting is enabled and the user can choose a date from the date picker. If the user selects “Option 2” from the drop-down, the toggle setting is disabled and the user cannot choose a date from the date picker. If the user selects “Option 3” from the drop-down, the radio options become available and the user must select one of them before submitting the form.
This form demonstrates how conditions can be used to create dynamic forms that adapt to the user’s input. By changing the behavior of the form based on the selected options, the form can provide a more intuitive and streamlined user experience.
