Custom Color Problems in WordPress theme
You can also check our text about custom color issues in the tutorial below:
#1 Just go to Color Settings, Change the color, save changes, then select your previous colors.
#2 Open your FrontPage, then left click > Inspector and go to Network tab, there you can see disable cache checkbox, check it, after that use Ctrl + Shift + R combination on Windows and Command + Shift + R on Mac to reload the page. If it doesn’t help try the next steps.
#3 If you have caching plugins just flush the cache, in Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache and WP Fastest Cache you can flush your cache by pushing to these buttons, and WP Super Cache clear cache options available in the Settings section.
#4 The last thing is file and folder permissions, example our theme will create a new folder to put all colors in this folder and some server can’t block access for newly created file, so to fix this we recommend you to contact your hosting provider and they can make all changes for you, otherwise you just need to apply 755 rule for all folders and 644 for all files. You can do this with any file server, example this is how it comes with FileZilla
