Please note, time taken to respond to your request can vary. If you are waiting for fix or an update, it may take several days (weeks) to properly fix, test, review and release. Our support can also take breaks from providing item support.
If you are experiencing a technical issue with the item, support may request access details to your website to provide accurate assistance.
What’s not included in Subscription Support
Installation and Setup: Support doesn’t include item installation and setting up on the customer side. However, clear documentation provided for all items about installation and setup.
Customization: Subscription does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the product page.
Hosting, server environment, or software: We are not required to support issues about your web hosting or server environment, or issues with the software you’ve got installed on your machine to use our product.
