- Download and Install VdoCipher: VdoCipher should be installed on your site along with MasterStudy LMS to make the integration work. You can do this by navigating to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and searching for VdoCipher.
- Activate VdoCipher: Click on the Install and then Activate buttons to enable the plugin.
- Add Your VdoCipher API Key: To get your own API key, go to VdoCipher’s official website, and sign up. Log in to your VdoCipher Dashboard, go to Security & Config > API Keys, and click Add API Key. Copy the API Key from the pop-up. Paste the API Key into the VdoCipher plugin settings in your WordPress dashboard. (Note: If you miss copying the API Key, create a new one)
- Upload Videos to VdoCipher: Use the VdoCipher Dashboard to upload your videos. You cannot upload videos directly from WordPress.
- Create a Video Lesson: Open the Course Builder in MasterStudy LMS. Add a new video lesson and select VdoCipher as the video source. Copy the Video ID from the videos tab in your VdoCipher dashboard. Paste the video ID into the Course Builder. That’s it, you have successfully created a video lesson.
- Use Videos in Questions or Previews: Additionally, you can select VdoCipher as the source for quiz questions. For this, enable the question media addon, design your quiz, and add the video content to questions. You can also utilize VdoCipher for video previews on the course page.
