Before creating Masterstudy, we did thorough research and found out that more often education products lack good content and have low engagement rate.
Because of this reason we decided to add more options which allow you to diversify your content.
This includes different lesson types (see lesson 2 for more details), question types (see lesson 3), ability to use media files of various formats and several addons we will be describing in the lesson.
Statistics & Payout Addon. Control your site finances with an accurate Financial System. It is a strong management of sales with the statistics data and the ability to set auto payouts with cron and award your contributors.
Points System. Another method to interest students is to enable the Points System. This function allows to reward learners with points for different kinds of activities on the website. Once they gain a needed amount of points, they can redeem points for courses.
You just need to identify the number of points that will be equal to $1.
Assignment. One more option that boost learning activity is Assignment. It includes two types of tasks you can ask learners to complete. These are essays and uploads, where students can attach files required.
Regulate the number of attachments and maximum size of files to upload. Specify it in the Assignments settings.
You can add assignments right from the course Curriculum or from the Assignment menu.
Messaging and Announcement System.
Use a simple interface, make announcements and use a messaging system to keep students informed. Let them enjoy maximum care and assistance through a private messaging system and an internal social network. User-friendly messaging and announcements system will help your students and lecturers share their knowledge and keep in touch with each other.
