In Masterstudy theme certificated are images, you can just upload to the site, give them a name and add via "Certificate" element using page builder.

You can change the default view of the shop page from the Theme Options
The theme uses the Paid Membership Pro plugin for the subscription option which, unfortunately, doesn't contain such option by default. You can only set a limit of courses for the membership levels.
You can remove the Row with the subscription element via editing the page where you have the element. If you have difficulties you can create a ticket with your site credentials and our support managers will kindly assist you
